At Lancashire Cookers, we want to make sure your experience is as enjoyable as possible. That’s why we’ve worked hard to make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, providing the cooker is not used and in the same condition that you recieved it. If the cooker was not as described by us the return is free. If the purchase was by mistake then we will automatically keep a percentage of the sale value which covers logistics & re-stocking costs. This is in conjunction with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA).
Cancellations
You can automatically cancel a sale if the item has not yet left our showroom.
Payment
We accept payment in Cash, All Credit or Debit Cards, or Bank Transfer. If delivery is being arranged this is subject to a 50% deposit before the delivery date. (For any other methods of payment please contact us to explore other options).
Delivery (UK)
You will need to arrange for the assistance of at least one person. We can arrange for delivery to be on any date of your choice. We will bring the necessary equipment to make it effortless in getting the Cooker where it needs to be. We’re very helpful and always make sure you are satisfied before leaving.
International Shipping
Contact Us for your tailored Shipping quote. We are experienced in international Shipping and the Tax Legislation Surrounding this. All our Delivery and Shipping services are tracked & insured. Prices start from £699.
Collection
Collection in person is more than welcome, Viewings are also welcome.
Warranty
We offer a minimum 6 months part warranty on all our items after the date of sale. This warranty can be extended. Whatever part you require we will have sent out to you within 3-5 working days at no extra cost to you. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage which occurs after the date of sale.
